My name is Nicolò and I'm the restaurant's chef. I was born in Castellamare del Golfo and after 20 years in Lombardy I decide to come back to my exciting, historical, flavour and perfumed Sicily. The extraordinary beauty of its coasts lands and sea...told me to come back!!!!

From Lombardy I brought a big gastronomic baggage. I grew up in a Restaurant and I understood that it's easy to catch the refined taste. Simple and using quality products and lots of passion. In the morning I like to personally go to the grocery store, I see, I touch, I smell...  my senses know what I'm looking for! I start curious from fishermen, then in the fish shop and finally from the greengrocer. The kitchen awaits me....

Many simple and genuine dishes with a good glass of wine made in Sicilian vineyards.  I wanted an open kitchen so everybody can see what I'm cooking... everything in harmony with flavour, familiarity and courtesy!

In 2015 I had the pleasure of participating as a chef at EXPO 2015 in Milan, as a representative of the Gulf and surroundings, promote the gastronomic products of the territory, with excellent feedback.

The restaurant has been inserted over the years in various Italian and foreign guides, in web portals, quoted by bloggers always with excellent evaluations.

The restaurant is certified AIC from 2012 (gluten-free).
